Advance Practice Registered Nurse-Family Practice – Certified
Terri specializes in Family Medicine. She is a compassionate and enthusiastic nurse practitioner, with over 16 years of nursing experience, board certified in family practice with specialization in cardiac and emergent/urgent care patients. She is committed to providing the finest comprehensive primary care for you and your entire family.
Patrick Brown, Internal Medicine, MD
Dr. Brown specializes in Internal Medicine and has over 20 years in the practice of medicine. In addition to holding clinic hours at North Monroe Medical Center, Dr. Brown has served as the Chief Medical Officer for North Florida Medical Centers for the past 14 years.
Dr. Brown was awarded the Jessie Trice Outstanding Leadership Award from the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC) at their 2022 Annual Meeting.

Dental Services
We have 3 dental clinics with 4 dentists and 7 dental hygienist, allowing us to provide services in our clinic and through our dental outreach to elementary schools.
