(Madison, FL) June 2022 – North Florida Medical is pleased to announce the purchase of four adjoining parcels, including 417 West Base Street in Madison for a new clinic location. Construction is planned for Fall 2022.
The current clinic has been located at 235 SW Dade Street for over seven years and is approximately 4,000 square feet. Over the last several years, patient numbers have grown, much to do with the excellent staff and providers, Dr. Russell Robinson, MD (Internal Medicine Physician) and Dr. Kayla Juszczyk, ARNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice). Additionally, North Florida Medical has added services such as case managers to work with patients with diabetes, high blood pressure and to ensure patients get their preventative screenings.
“The community, as well as patients, are excited about the new building. It will be much larger at 11,400 square feet” shared manager, Catherine Monismith. “The new building will provide more parking and will allow closer accessibility to the building.”
North Florida Medical offers primary care in 10 counties and dental care at three of those locations. The hope is to extend services at Madison to include dental care. Not everyone has access to dental insurance through an employer – nor does Medicare cover most dental services.
North Florida Medical accepts most insurance but more notably, it accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and offers a slide fee program for services. North Florida Medical’s slide fee program starts as low as $10 for a medical or dental visits & includes most medical labs or dental x-rays.

This location will be a diamond among our ten locations.”
